'UFO spotted in the sky above downtown Seoul'   

A tiny unidentified flying object (UFO) was spotted in the sky above Seoul. 

Kim Se-hyeon, 41, an interior project manager, saw the object, while taking pictures of the skyline around the main office building of Citibank in Jongno at 12:51, Aug. 24.

He sent the photo to a UFO analysis center in Seoul to check what the small object in the photo was.  

“It is highly probable that it will be a UFO when we get the outcome of the analysis made by both local and foreign photo experts,” said the center last Saturday.
“The UFO was pictured stably enough for the image not to be blurred,” said Seo Jong-han, chief of the center.

 “When focus is compared, the definition of the object is similar to that of the sky above the building.”. 

“This means that it is far away. In other words, it is quite different from a bird or insect pictured close up,” he said.

“It seems to be an artificial structure when the object is closely checked.”. 

“Hooh! Why it is in the Seoul sky?” “It’s really fine!” and “It’s terrible as there is no manipulation” are among comments by netizens.
Meanwhile, there was circulation of video image taken of a presumed UFO in a residential area of Daejeon on Aug. 11.

Je viens de regarder votre blog avec interêt et souhaiterais connaître votre avis  sur un “phénomène” que nous avons observé à deux reprises avec mon mari ( je n’ai rien trouvé de similaire sur internet pour avoir des infos).

Nous habitons près de Craon (Mayenne).

Il y a une dizaine de jours, nous fumions une cigarette dans le jardin. Il faisait nuit et l’on voyait bien les étoiles car le ciel était sans nuages.

Une “étoile” sur notre droite a attiré notre attention. Elle émettait des nuances de rouge qui “clignotaient” de façon irrégulière. Elle devenait parfois plus petite et blanche puis plus grosse à nouveau avec ce genre de scintillement rougeâtre. Il est certain que ce n’était pas une étoile, ni un avion car cela est resté immobile au moins deux heures. Le temps que nous allions nous coucher.

Nous n’y avons plus pensé et puis avant hier, nous avons revu exactement la même chose mais cette fois elle se trouvait à notre gauche dans le ciel et à plusieurs reprises, elle s’est déplacé plusieurs vers la droite pour revenir à son point de départ (en une fraction de seconde). On aurait dit une danse. Bref je ne pense pas qu’un satellite puisque effectuer ce type de déplacement.
Donc, si ce n’est ni un avion, ni une étoile, ni un satellite...,? Avez vous une idée ?

Petite précision : cela parait très loin dans le ciel .
